What we offer.

Familiarization of new employees

Our teams are always pleased when new members join them! For a successful start at SCHUMANN new colleagues are immediately integrated into a project team. We believe in "training on-the-job", new members of staff get to know specific tasks within the project. In addition, they receive internal training, especially about our standard software CAM and about credit risk management.

Open cooperation

At SCHUMANN an open and practical working atmosphere is demanded and supported. This is important in dealing with complex themes in order to achieve excellent performance. We are critical with ourselves. We are all continually searching for even better solutions. This characterizes us and our way of working.

Hierarchies and leadership

Further training and knowledge transfer

Continued internal training is an important theme at SCHUMANN. Within the projects, knowledge is spread over as wide a base as possible. There is company-wide exchange of experience on specialist themes but also targeted transfer of special know-how to individuals.

Flexible working times

The working times at SCHUMANN are fundamentally flexible. However, the members of each project team coordinate with each other. Attendance is necessary for group meetings. Otherwise, agreement with colleagues and availability for customers are the decisive factors.

Family friendliness

Especially for young families, combining family and career is a major challenge. SCHUMANN offers every conceivable possibility that is compatible with the customer projects in order to master this challenge successfully.

Fit from head to toe

As the daily office work offers little possibility for exercise, most of us have standing/sitting desks. And to compensate physically we offer various sports courses: running, climbing course, spinning, archery, yoga and badminton.

Internationality

We regularly provide language courses in English as this is often the project language. Employees of multiple nationalities work for SCHUMANN, which is enriching for our international projects both linguistically and culturally.
