Compliance is also an important theme for your company. The German Corporate Governance Codex (DCGK) defines compliance as "the observation of regulations set down in laws and company-internal guidelines", and also says that ensuring compliance is the responsibility of the board of directors. Compliance requirements are not only valid for PLCs, they have general relevance for all companies. For organizations that are subject to regulatory examination, such as financial services companies, there are additional specific legal requirements. These include the Financial Services Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) and the Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz - GWG) as well as the regulatory guidelines and procedural rules derived from them, such as MaRisk or checking against PEP (politically exposed persons) lists. In addition to the legal stipulations on companies, the current definition of compliance gives special importance to self-imposed requirements and company-internal rules.

We support you competently with the introduction of compliance requirements, in checking their implementation and with the regular monitoring of the guidelines and regulations in use.

We are looking forward to working with you.
